06:05 PM EDT, 08/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SPI Energy ( SPI ) said late Monday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to timely file its report for the quarter ended June 30 on Form 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

SPI also has not filed its Q1 and 2023 reports.

The company said it has until Oct. 14 to file the reports. It must also submit an update to its original plan to regain compliance with respect to the filing requirements no later than Sept. 4.

SPI said it is in the process of completing the reports and plans to file as soon as practicable.
