04:50 PM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- STAG Industrial ( STAG ) said Tuesday it refinanced the company's $1 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility.

The facility matures on Sept. 8, 2028, subject to certain conditions and no changes to pricing, according to the company.

Shares of STAG rose more than 3% in after-hours activity.
