Stantec Appoints Christopher Lopez and Richard Eng to Board

08:52 AM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Stantec ( STN ) , a sustainable design and engineering company, on Friday appointed Christopher Lopez and Richard Eng to the company's board of directors, effective Jan. 1.

The company said Christopher Lopez has over 28 years of industry experience in the utility, power generation, and mining sectors. Richard Eng has nearly 30 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and advisory roles, primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic business planning.

U.S.-listed shares of Stantec ( STN ) were last seen down $0.34, or 0.4%, at $79.45 in premarket trading. Shares of the company closed up $0.08, or 0.1%, to $114.88 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
