07:18 AM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Strawberry Fields REIT ( STRW ) said Tuesday it signed a deal to purchase eight health care facilities located in Missouri for $87.5 million.

The company said it plans to fund the purchase with current working capital and funds from a third-party lender.

Closing is expected at the end of the year, Strawberry Fields said, noting that the closing of the transaction is not guaranteed since it is subject to "substantial" conditions.
