Super Micro Computer Says Estimated Fiscal Q1 Revenue Lower Than Guidance; Shares Down Pre-Bell

09:24 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) reported Thursday estimated fiscal Q1 2026 revenue of $5 billion, compared with the guidance of $6 billion to $7 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $9.18 billion.

The company attributed the lower revenue expectation to design win upgrades that pushed some expected fiscal Q1 revenue to fiscal Q2.

Shares of the company declined more than 1% in recent Thursday premarket activity.

Price: 51.88, Change: -0.62, Percent Change: -1.18
