TE Connectivity Changes Place of Incorporation to Ireland

07:38 AM EDT, 09/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- TE Connectivity ( TEL ) said Monday it has completed the change in the place of its incorporation to Ireland from Switzerland.

The company said it will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the TEL symbol.

As part of the change, each shareholder of TE Connectivity ( TEL ) received one share of TE Connectivity plc, a company incorporated in Ireland, the company said.

Additionally, TE Connectivity ( TEL ) said that starting in fiscal Q3, it will declare and pay quarterly dividends based on Irish law.
