05:45 PM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tempus AI ( TEM ) acquired Deep 6 AI, an artificial intelligence-based research platform for health-care and life sciences organizations, for an undisclosed price.

"This acquisition broadens our reach, adding even more providers to our platform, and enhances our ability to deploy critical applications," Tempus Chief Executive Officer Eric Lefkofsky said Tuesday in a statement.

Deep 6 is integrated with 750 provider site locations spanning 30 million patients, "which will materially add to Tempus' existing network," according to the statement.
