It also said it raised $79 million in gross proceeds through its at-the-market facility, with the majority targeted at additional purchases of ETH.

Rein Therapeutics ( RNTX ) stock fell 15%, a day after the company said in a regulatory filing it paused enrollment and patient dosing for its phase 2 Renew study of LTI-03 at its clinical sites in the US.

Oklo ( OKLO ) shares slipped 6.7% after the company said Thursday it priced a public offering of about 6.7 million class A common shares at $60 apiece for gross proceeds of roughly $400 million.

BHP Group ( BHP ) stock slid more than 2% after Argus downgraded the mining company to hold from buy.
