10:34 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Trex (TREX) said Tuesday it will expand its presence across four US states through a collaboration with Weyerhaeuser (WY).

The partnership will improve access to Trex's decking and railing products for customers in California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico, the company said.

Weyerhaeuser will exclusively offer the products in select areas as part of the collaboration, Trex said.

Shares of Trex fell 1.5% and Weyerhaeuser slid 3% in recent trading.
