05:03 PM EST, 11/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Triller Group ( ILLR ) late Friday filed a registration statement for the resale of up to 34.7 million common shares available to YA II PN if it choose to convert a $33.5 million promissory note into stock and also exercises warrants issued in June to buy up to 1.4 million additional shares.

The company would not receive any proceeds from the notes conversion, but could recieve up to $8.1 million should YA II fully exercise its warrants.
