09:59 AM EDT, 03/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Twin Hospitality ( TWNP ) said Monday Chief Executive Officer Joe Hummel resigned, effective April 10.

The restaurant company said Chief Financial Officer Ken Kuick was named interim chief executive.

Twin Hospitality ( TWNP ) also said Chief Legal Officer Clay Mingus resigned, effective April 10 and that Allen Sussman, general counsel of FAT Brands ( FAT ) , was named interim chief legal officer.

Shares were down 0.7% in recent trading.
