Five analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.36.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $120.1 million, up from $112.4 million a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $103.3 million.

The company also said it expects full-year adjusted FFO of $1.42 to $1.44, compared with its previous outlook of $1.40 to $1.44. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.42.
