Oct 29 (Reuters) - Offshore wind developers Avangrid ( AGR )

and Invenergy each claimed two leases for a combined

total of $21.9 million at a U.S. auction of offshore wind

development rights in the Gulf of Maine, the U.S. Bureau of

Ocean Energy Management said on Tuesday.
