Vera Bradley Fiscal Q2 Earnings, Revenue Decline; Fiscal 2025 Revenue Guidance Lowered - Shares Fall Pre-Bell

08:34 AM EDT, 09/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Vera Bradley ( VRA ) reported Wednesday fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.13 per diluted share, down from $0.33 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.21.

Net revenue for the fiscal quarter ended Aug. 3 was $110.8 million, down from $128.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $123.0 million.

For fiscal year 2025, the women's lifestyle products maker expects net revenue of $410 million, down from its previous guidance of $460 to $480 million. Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $467.9 million.

Shares of the company were down more than 12% in recent premarket activity.
