Viper Energy Swings to Q4 Loss, Revenue Rises

04:22 PM EST, 02/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Viper Energy ( VNOM ) reported a Q4 loss late Monday of $0.61 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $2.04 a year earlier.

The company, a subsidiary of Diamondback Energy (FANG), posted an adjusted EPS attributable to Viper Energy ( VNOM ) of $0.31.

Operating income for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $435 million, up from $229 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $422.8 million.
