05:27 PM EDT, 04/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Virtus Investment Partners ( VRTS ) reported preliminary assets under management late Tuesday of $179.31 billion as of March 31 versus $176.11 billion as of the end of the previous month.

The company said the AUM was $172.26 billion as of the end of December.

The increase primarily reflects market performance and net inflows in retail separate accounts, partially offset by net outflows in institutional accounts and open-end funds.

In addition, the company said it provided services to $2.7 billion of other fee-earning assets not included in the AUM.
