01:26 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vivani Medical ( VANI ) said Wednesday it appointed Anthony Baldor as chief financial officer, starting June 15.

Baldor succeeds Brigid Makes, who is retiring from the company to focus on her board appointments and personal projects, Vivani said.

The company said Baldor previously served as CFO of Diakonos Oncology.

Vivani shares rose 1.7% in recent trading.
