Vuzix Ships Waveguides to US-based Defense Client

10:39 AM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vuzix ( VUZI ) said Monday it has fulfilled a "six-figure" follow-on order placed by an unnamed US-based defense contractor for customized waveguides.

The waveguides will be used to enable a heads-up display for a defense program, the company said.

"We continue to work closely with this defense contractor as they move toward volume production of their [heads-up display] solution," said Vuzix ( VUZI ) Chief Executive Paul Travers.
