WD-40 Names Eric Etchart as Non-Executive Chairman

04:34 PM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- WD-40 ( WDFC ) said Thursday that it appointed Eric P. Etchart as non-executive chairman of its board, starting immediately.

Etchart succeeds Gregory A. Sandfort, who retired Thursday following annual meeting of shareholders after serving on the board for 13 years, according to the company.
