Western Union Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall; Shares Drop After Hours

05:20 PM EDT, 07/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Western Union ( WU ) reported Q2 adjusted diluted earnings late Monday of $0.42 per share, down from $0.44 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.44.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 fell to $1.03 billion from $1.07 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.04 billion.

The company cut 2025 guidance to $1.65 to $1.75 a share for adjusted earnings on GAAP revenue of $4.085 to $4.185 billion from the previous outlook of $1.75 to $1.85 for EPS on revenue of $4.09 billion to $4.19 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $1.76 on revenue of $4.13 billion.

Shares of Western Union ( WU ) fell 3.2% in after-hours trading.
