10:48 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- White Mountains Insurance ( WTM ) reported Monday the preliminary results of its tender offer to buy up to $300 million of its shares.

Based on a preliminary count, 67,186 shares were tendered

and not withdrawn at or below the purchase price of $2,050 per share, the company said, adding that the shares represent about 2.6% of its shares outstanding.

White Mountains said it expects to buy all tendered shares for about $137.7 million.
