Woodward Board Approves New $1.8 Billion Share Buyback Plan

08:32 AM EST, 11/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Woodward (WWD) said Thursday that its board has approved a new three-year $1.8 billion share buyback plan.

The company said it has completed its previous $600 million buyback plan this month.
