Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.25.

Net revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $270.5 million from $267.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $268.5 million.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.17 a share, payable Nov. 21 to holders of record Nov. 7.
