Xerox to buy printer maker Lexmark from Chinese owners, WSJ reports

Dec 23 (Reuters) - Xerox Holdings ( XRX ) is nearing a

deal for Lexmark International that values the maker of printers

and printing software at $1.5 billion, including debt, the Wall

Street Journal reported on Monday.
