ZKH Group Approves $50 Million Share Buyback Program

06:44 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZKH Group ( ZKH ) said Friday its board approved a new $50 million share repurchase program, effective through June 13, 2026.

The company said it expects to fund the buybacks using existing cash.

ZKH shares were up 6.8% in recent premarket activity.
