09:19 AM EDT, 10/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zoom Video Communications ( ZM ) said Tuesday that it has named Michelle Chang as its chief financial officer, effective Oct. 7.

Chang will oversee the company's financial strategy and will lead investor relations, tax, accounting, and financial planning and analysis.

She will succeed Kelly Steckelberg, who will continue to serve as an advisor until the company reports fiscal Q3 financial results.

Chang was most recently CFO of Microsoft's ( MSFT ) Commercial Sales & Partner Organization.
