04:41 PM EDT, 03/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Benchmark Electronics ( BHE ) said late Tuesday Chief Financial Officer Roop K. Lakkaraju plans to resign.

Lakkaraju will stay in the role until April 1, the company said.

Arvind Kamal, currently vice president of finance, will assume interim CFO role on April 1, Benchmark said.

The company said it plans to launch a search for the next CFO "over the coming months".

Benchmark reiterated its Q1 outlook, with revenue between $625 million and $665 million and non-GAAP EPS between $0.42 and $0.48.
