01:45 PM EST, 01/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Amesite ( AMST ) said Tuesday that it priced an underwritten public offering of more than 1.2 million shares at $3 apiece, targeting gross proceeds of about $3.6 million.

Shares slumped 34% following a jump in intraday trading volume to over 770,000 from a daily average of about 47,000.

Lifeward ( LFWD ) said Tuesday it signed a definitive agreement to issue and sell about 1.82 million ordinary shares at $2.75 apiece, targeting $5 million in gross proceeds in a registered direct offering.

Shares retreated 25% as intraday trading volume climbed to more than 3.09 million from a daily average of roughly 149,000.

Olema Pharmaceuticals ( OLMA ) disclosed late Monday plans for two prospective securities offerings, including up to $200 million of its common or preferred stock and warrants to buy either shares or debt securities.

Shares slipped 3.4%, with intraday trading volume at over 1.5 million versus the stock's daily average of about 758,000.
