US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Wednesday said India has the chance to attract global supply chains away from China.

Speaking at USIBC India Ideas Summit 2020, Pompeo said, "We share reverence for rule of law and human rights and freedom.

This is a new-age relationship between the US and India."

Referring to the Chinese aggression along the Line of Actual Control or LAC, he added that it was important that India and the US work together to deal with challenges.
