Politics is an instrument of socio-economic reform, says Nitin Gadkari
May 27, 2018 11:33 PM

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi the government is working fast because the feeling is that politics is an instrument of socio-economic reform, said Nitin Gadkari, Minister for Road, Transport & Highways, in an exclusive interview to Ashpreet Sethi.

Talking about four years of Modi government, he said, “Challenges are everywhere and I always say one thing that there are some people who convert challenges into opportunities and some people convert opportunities into problems.”

Problems and challenges are part of and parcel of life. It depends upon the leadership, it depends upon the vision, it depends upon decision making capacity, it depends upon persuasion that you can make miracles and that is management, that is leadership and leadership is a quality, Added Gadkari.

According to him, politics is a game of compositions, limitations and contradictions.

"We are performing well and I am 100% confident that under the leadership of Modiji we will get full majority in the next general election, reasonable majority,” said Gadkari.
