Siddharamaiah calls Karnataka BJP leaders 'face-less fellows'
May 8, 2018 11:13 AM

The battle for ballots is only heating up.

The incumbent Chief Minister Siddharamiah is probably facing his biggest political test but Siddharamaiah is striking a confident pose.

In an exclusive interview with Bhupendra Chaubey, he called the state BJP leaders 'face-less fellows'.

He also warmed up to Janata Dal (Secular) leader HD Deve Gowda calling him a '24x7 politician' and a 'deep man'.

The BJP’s strategy to counter Siddharamiah in Badami is Sriramulu. The 46-year-old is now a Lok Sabha MP and spoke about his chances against the incumbent Chief Minister.

Sriramulu is known to have close links with mining baron Janardhana Reddy who has been convicted in a corruption case.

But, he shrugged off the talks that Reddy brothers campaigning for him could hurt his chances.

Sriramulu also made it clear that he does not have any aspiration to be the Deputy Chief Minister if BJP comes to power.

He also added that all he wants is for BS Yeddyurappa to become the Chief Minister of Karnataka.
