Microsoft on Tuesday launched Surface Book 2 and Surface Laptop in India, in addition to the already available Surface Pro.

While the Book 2 is priced between Rs 1,37,999 and Rs 2, 95,999, the laptop is priced between Rs 86,999 and Rs 2,33,999.

According to global market research firm Strategy Analytics, Microsoft's Surface Pro and Surface Book 2 devices had a second straight quarter of double-digit, year-on-year growth since the third-quarter of 2016.

Surface Book 2 (that comes in 13.5-inch and 15-inch variants) is a portable powerhouse that claims to end the barrier between the desktop and the laptop. It comes with a PixelSense display with maximum pixel density of 267 ppi.

Surface Laptop features a 1080p display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and 3.4 million pixels. Microsoft claims it’s the ‘thinnest touchscreen LCD display’ on a laptop.
