Dec 2 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index opened
higher on Monday, lifted by energy stocks, while investors
awaited key domestic jobs data and corporate earnings from major
lenders due later in the week.
At 9:31 a.m. ET (1431 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's
S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 53.7 points, or 0.21%, at
25,701.7.
