06:49 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GE Vernova ( GEV ) reported Q3 earnings Wednesday of $1.64 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.35 per share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS on a GAAP basis of $1.95.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $9.97 billion, compared with $8.91 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $9.15 billion.

For 2025, GE Vernova ( GEV ) said it expects revenue toward the higher end of its guidance range of $36 billion to $37 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $37.17 billion.

Shares of the company were up 1.7% premarket.
