08:33 AM EDT, 05/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hampton Financial (HFC.V) over the weekend said it has closed a $3 million non-brokered private placement of debentures.

The debentures will mature in five years and one day after the issue date and will bear 11% interest per year.

Proceeds will be used, in part, to retire the principal amount of a maturing convertible debenture, and the balance for working capital and general corporate purposes.
