10:15 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hollysys Automation Technologies ( HOLI ) said Thursday that it expects to complete its merger with a buyer controlled by Ascendent Capital Partners by July 25.

All required approvals for the merger have been secured, and Hollysys plans to delist its shares from NASDAQ around the expected closing date, the company said.

Shares of Hollysys were up 3.3% in recent Thursday trading.
