Hycroft Mining to Launch $40 Million Units Offering

05:24 PM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hycroft Mining ( HYMC ) said Wednesday that it plans to raise about $40 million from an offering of units.

Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds for further exploration, working capital and general corporate purposes.
