PARIS, Nov 5 (Reuters) - Investigators searched the

offices of Netflix ( NFLX ) in France and the Netherlands as

part of a preliminary investigation into tax fraud, said a

French judicial source on Tuesday.

Representatives for Netflix ( NFLX ) did not immediately respond to a

request for comment.
