L3Harris Awards Contract to Marotta Controls for Flight Actuator Hardware

10:22 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- L3Harris Technologies ( LHX ) awarded a contract to Marotta Controls to develop and produce flight actuator hardware for an advanced thrust vector control system.

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

The contract covers design, development, and delivery of multiple engineering units and qualification assets, Marotta said Wednesday in a statement.

The system will be used to support a medium-range ballistic missile target program for the Missile Defense Agency, part of the US Department of Defense.
