10:49 AM EDT, 10/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Neuronetics ( STIM ) and Greenbrook TMS said Friday they have received an interim order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, authorizing Greenbrook to hold a special meeting of its shareholders on Nov. 8.

Under their previous plan of arrangement, Neuronetics ( STIM ) will buy Greenbrook's all issued and outstanding common shares in an all-stock deal, the companies added.

The arrangement is in the best interest of both companies as determined by their boards, the firms said.

Neuronetics ( STIM ) shares were up 3% in recent Friday trading.
