09:21 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SentinelOne ( S ) said Monday it agreed to acquire Observo AI for about $225 million in cash and stock.

The company said the deal, expected to close in its fiscal Q3 that ends in October, will include an estimated 5.3 million shares, about 2.5 million of which will be subject to vesting conditions after closing.

The acquisition will add Observo's AI-native telemetry pipeline to SentinelOne's ( S ) platform to support its AI-native security platform and its AI security information and event management business, SentinelOne ( S ) said.
