08:32 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Star Diamond ( SHGDF ) said Tuesday it engaged Misty Clifton Engineering and SGS Canada to complete a pre-feasibility study (PFS) on the Star-Orion South diamond project in Saskatchewan.
The company said the PFS, expected in the fourth quarter, will build on its revised 2024 mineral resource estimate. Work from the 2018 preliminary economic assessment, including mining method, process plant design, site layout and infrastructure, will be updated and incorporated.
Misty Clifton is a majority-Indigenous-owned entity, with 67% held by Kineepik Metis Local and Mistawasis Nehiyawak, and is co-owned and operated by Clifton Engineering Group.
Star Diamond ( SHGDF ) shares closed unchanged at $0.04 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
