05:42 AM EDT, 03/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) shareholders sued the company Wednesday, accusing it of committing securities fraud by concealing its dependence on sales to China in violation of US export laws, news outlets reported
The company, its founder, and two others were charged with smuggling in a case that involved Nvidia (NVDA), Reuters reported.
In the proposed class action, shareholders allege Super Micro overstated its business prospects and inflated its stock price by failing to disclose that a significant portion of its sales went to companies in China, the report said.
Super Micro Computer ( SMCI ) did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
Shares of the company were down 3.5% in Thursday's premarket trading.
