TPG Swings to Q3 Profit, Revenue Rises; Dividend Cut

08:34 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- TPG (TPG) reported Q3 earnings Tuesday of $0.20 per diluted share, compared with a net loss of $0.08 a year earlier.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.22 billion, up from $855.4 million a year earlier.

The company lowered its quarterly dividend to $0.45 from $0.59 per share, payable Dec. 1 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 14.

Shares of TPG were down 1% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
