The Philadelphia Housing Index climbed 1.9%, and the Real Estate Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLRE) eased 0.1%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) fell 2.1% to $109,437, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries dropped 3.5 basis points to 4.18%.

In corporate news, Goldman Sachs ( GS ) plans to buy up to $1 billion worth of common shares in T. Rowe Price ( TROW ) as the companies collaborate to offer retirement and wealth management products. Goldman aims to acquire up a 3.5% stake in the asset management firm through a series of open-market stock purchases. T. Rowe shares jumped 6%, and Goldman rose 1.5%.
